This Privacy Policy describes how Freshlyne Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the mobile application Traders Passport (Freshlyne) (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to provide and improve the App's features. The categories of information we collect include:
- Account & Profile Information: name, email address, phone number, company name, company description, business type (Importer/Exporter), industry category, profile avatar and company photos, social links (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
- Authentication Data: password hashes, session tokens, OTP codes (we do not store plain-text passwords).
- User Content: posts, comments, reviews, ratings, images and files you upload to your profile or company gallery, and information you include in posts or messages.
- Device & Usage Data: device identifiers, operating system version, app version, IP address, language, country, crash reports, feature usage and analytics (how you use the App, pages visited, tools used, timestamps).
- Location Data: approximate or precise location when you use map features or shipment tracking (only with your permission).
- Third-Party Service Data: data we receive from integrated services (for example Google Maps APIs, Weather APIs, Currency Exchange APIs, payment processors) as necessary to provide functionality.
- Payment & Subscription Data: billing information and transaction records when you purchase subscriptions or premium features. Payment credentials (e.g., card numbers) are handled by our third-party payment processor and are not stored by us unless explicitly indicated.
2. How We Use Information
We use the data we collect to:
- Provide, maintain and improve the App's features and services (directory search, trade tools, posting, analytics).
- Authenticate users and secure accounts.
- Send notifications and updates (push notifications and emails) about trade news, alerts, and account activity.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Provide location-based services such as shipment tracking and maps.
- Personalize content and recommendations and to display relevant in‑App information.
- Detect, prevent and respond to fraud, abuse, technical issues and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process personal data where we have legal grounds, including:
- To perform our contract with you (e.g., to provide the App and services you request).
- To comply with legal obligations.
- For our legitimate interests (to operate and improve the App, ensure security, and prevent fraud), balanced with your privacy rights.
- With your consent where required (for example, precise location or some analytics and marketing features).
4. Sharing & Disclosure
We may share collected data with:
- Service Providers: third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf such as hosting, analytics, push notifications, payment processing, maps, weather and currency data providers.
- Business Partners: companies listed in directory results or partners that provide complementary services, only when you choose to share information with them.
- Legal & Safety: when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of us or others.
- Business Transfers: in connection with a sale, merger, reorganization, acquisition, or in the event of bankruptcy, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Third-Party Services & SDKs
The App integrates third-party services including, but not limited to:
- Google Maps APIs (map display and geocoding)
- Weather API providers for port forecasts
- Currency exchange rate providers
- Analytics providers and crash reporting tools
- Push notification services (e.g., Firebase Cloud Messaging / FCM)
These third parties may collect data about you. Their use of your data is governed by their privacy policies. We recommend that you review those policies when you interact with third‑party features.
6. Push Notifications
If you opt into push notifications we will send messages about trade news, alerts, and features. You can disable push notifications in your device settings or within the App's notification preferences.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
8. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to certain processing. 10. Children
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

We may transfer and store your information in countries other than your own. Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards to protect your data when it is transferred internationally.
